Our sourdough baguettes are made by hand with a blend of locally milled organic rye, winter wheat, and buckwheat flours from Marion Millings. Wild yeast, salt and water is added and then fermented overnight. Orders may be picked up every Saturday at the Made in KC Cafe inside the Made in KC Marketplace at Summit Faire. Please allow 48 hours for order fulfillment, all orders received after Thursday will be processed for the following Saturday.
