    Our sourdoughs are made by hand with a blend of locally milled organic rye, winter wheat, and buckwheat flours from Marion Millings. Wild yeast, salt and water is added and then fermented overnight.

    This European style fermented sourdough is made with locally milled organic grains, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, golden flax seeds and sesame seeds. Perfect for any sweet or savory application.

  • Sundried Tomato & Olive Sourdough

    Our fermented Sourdough is studded with Mediterranean flavors: kalamata olives, sundried tomatoes and fresh rosemary. Pair with your favorite meats and cheeses or just a healthy dose of extra virgin olive oil and balsamic.

  • Cheddar & Jalapeño Sourdough

    This sourdough is hot and cheesy! Made with locally milled organic grains, locally aged cheddar cheese from Hemme Brothers Cheese, and spicy jalapeños.
